Appearance

The building has an all-sided design with characteristic vertical lines of anthracite grey, light grey and wood-look panels. The entrances of various business units are marked by fresh white frames. The units at the front have a beautiful view of the Oeloven/Bouwberg residential area opposite, while the units at the rear overlook the sports fields of BSV Limburgia. Various units on the sides and back of the building have a large overhead door, sometimes in combination with a separate entrance. Loading and unloading take place at the side and rear of the building, so that the front of the building remains quiet.

The management costs will mainly consist of insurance, the maintenance of the exterior of the building, the management of the greenery and any additional facilities, which are jointly decided by the VvE.
