Due to its location, you can easily drive from the house towards the centre of Apeldoorn with its theatre, cinema, cosy restaurants and entertainment venues. Easily accessible are also the various sports facilities, schools, public transport and the roads A50 and A1.

Layout house:

Entrance through the porch to the back entrance with a cloakroom, toilet and places for washing equipment. There is a loft ladder to the floor with a finished attic room with a top gable and a Velux skylight.
The kitchen diner has a modern two-piece kitchen layout which was supplied and installed by Mandemakers in 2019. The L-shaped kitchen is under the window overlooking the veranda and garden. On appliances is herein included a dishwasher, boiler and the luxury Bora hob with extractor placed. The high wall units have an oven, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has a fitted cupboard and there is room for the placement of a large dining table.

The cosy living room is located behind the kitchen. The atmosphere is enhanced by the wooden floor and the possibility of installing a wood-burning stove (current wood-burning stove comes with the house). The folding doors also make it easy to add the veranda to the living space.

The living room has windows on three sides and overlooks the Deventerstraat and the forest of the children's farm Laag Buurloo. Through a door, the back entrance can be reached where there is also a toilet and a shower. The outside door gives a short walk to the driveway and the wooden shed.
In the L-shape of the living room, the kitchen is placed with a gas hob, extractor unit, a small dishwasher and a built-in fridge. From the kitchen there is a door to the back entrance with a closet in which the Intergas HR boiler is placed (Nov. 2017).
