The net living area of 335 m2 plus terraces is distributed over two floors.
Ground floor: night area where on the one hand there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room and on the other hand two guest bedrooms with two full bathrooms not en-suite. There is also a very large TV room.
First floor: day area with kitchen open to the dining room, terrace and infinity pool, support kitchen, and a toilet.
From the day area, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and the bay of Cala Mandia. It is located on the seafront with a large green area that gives it great privacy and spatiality. There are true architectural gems, such as a shower inside the pool or the fact that the pool glass is on a glass where on the one hand, on the inside, it provides light to the TV room and on the outside it acts as a façade, especially at night illuminated, something very special.
The project has been presented and it is expected to receive the license to start construction in the summer/autumn of 2022, the new owner could thus finish confirming or modifying the interior layout and some materials of this work.
The plot is at the end of a cul-de-sac and next to a green zone, so it is very quiet, but also very close to the port of Porto Cristo. The airport and Palma are about 40 minutes by car.
