Layout 

When you follow the path to the house, you immediately imagine yourself in a wonderfully relaxed living environment. In the garden there are several tropical plants, these are supplied with water by means of a constructed irrigation system. 

Once at the house you will find a wonderfully spacious porch on the wind. You enter the house through the porch. In the house you will find a comfortable airconditioned sitting area on the left side, the glass doors can be opened completely. This makes it a nice cool place to sit, and there is also an extra window on the side through which the fresh air can blow through even more. The kitchen is in the same room on the right. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hobs, spacious workbench and the washing machine is also located here. 

When you continue, you will enter the bathroom through a door on the right. Here is a double luxury sink, spacious shower and a small window for ventilation. There is a high ceiling throughout the house, which makes it feel much more spacious and it also stays cooler. As you can see in the pictures, it is a house with a lot of character. Because the majority in the house is painted white, it gives a spacious appearance, but the color retention of the wooden beams gives it an attractive appearance. The wood elements are everywhere in a minimalistic way; the window frames, kitchen cupboards and support beams. 

At the back on the left side of the house is the bedroom with an extra door on the side and windows that can be opened completely, but you can also leave them closed while still allowing fresh air to come in. There are windows and doors with shutters in the house, with an insect screen in front of it, so you can safely leave them open. The door to the left of the bedroom leads to a small private area enclosed by a concrete wall. Here is an outside shower and a small storage. 

Area

Waterland Village is located on one of the peninsulas opposite Flamingo Airport. The famous beach Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are within walking distance, while the center is a short distance away by car. 
Waterlands Village is completely fenced and only accessible to residents and their visitors. As a result, you will find yourself in a tropical holiday paradise upon entering. This villa is only 50 meters from the communal swimming pool.
