Unique combination: Spacious detached house with attached 2nd house, for double occupancy or for a B&B.
The house was newly built in 2000, whereby only the front part of the authentic 1930s house was preserved. This part was already completely rebuilt in 1998 into an independent house with its own entrance. Both houses have a large veranda, a private garden and a driveway for two cars.
The main house has car access to the car park and garage via Vosweide. The back door directly adjoins the L-shaped veranda which is an extra garden room all year round. Internally, the house is divided with a utility room, luxury kitchen (2019), living room, hall and bathroom. Upstairs are five bedrooms of which 1 can also be involved in the 2nd home. The attic storage is fully floored. The front house is on the Deventerstraat and has a living room with open kitchen, shower room and toilet. On the first floor a sixth bedroom.
The house is equipped with awnings all around. In 2019, 25 solar panels were installed that generate an average of 6.7 MegaWatt. In 2021 all bedrooms will also be fitted with modern air conditioning systems that can also provide heating.
Around the house is a low-maintenance garden laid out with lawn, plant borders and several terraces. The plot is 1,230 m2 in total and is completely enclosed by fencing. The greenery along the fence gives privacy to the house. In the garden there are several terraces. This is the whole day to enjoy places in the sun or shade. Through the construction of the garden there are corners that are first hidden from view, but therefore very surprising to discover. The children's playhouse is such a surprise that it immediately makes you smile. Furthermore, the part with the wooden shed is ideal for storing garden and hobby materials.
The L-shaped Douglas wooden veranda of 44 m2 is the absolute eye-catcher. A wonderful place to enjoy in every season because the veranda can also be closed with plastic walls. The dimensions provide space for a lounge area, outdoor kitchen and a large dining table.
The stone garage is on the outside finished with gunwale wood and provides storage space for bicycles, motorbikes and tools. It also fits a car. The staircase makes the floored attic storage easily accessible. Next to the garage is a raised carport where a caravan can be parked. On the left is a dog kennel of 20 m2 with an interior space of 3 m2 in the garage.
The house is within walking distance of the petting zoo Laag Buurlo and the district shopping centre Het Fort with a variety of shops. There is also a train station with a direct connection to Amsterdam and Enschede. Deventer Street is a through road, within the built-up area, from Apeldoorn to Teuge / Deventer. Due to its location, you can easily drive from the house towards the centre of Apeldoorn with its theatre, cinema, cosy restaurants and entertainment venues. Easily accessible are also the various sports facilities, schools, public transport and the roads A50 and A1.
Entrance through the porch to the back entrance with a cloakroom, toilet and places for washing equipment. There is a loft ladder to the floor with a finished attic room with a top gable and a Velux skylight.
The kitchen diner has a modern two-piece kitchen layout which was supplied and installed by Mandemakers in 2019. The L-shaped kitchen is under the window overlooking the veranda and garden. On appliances is herein included a dishwasher, boiler and the luxury Bora hob with extractor placed. The high wall units have an oven, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has a fitted cupboard and there is room for the placement of a large dining table.
The cosy living room is located behind the kitchen. The atmosphere is enhanced by the wooden floor and the possibility of installing a wood-burning stove (current wood-burning stove comes with the house). The folding doors also make it easy to add the veranda to the living space.
From the living room there is a connecting door to the rear entrance of the 2nd house and another door to the hallway. From here, the stairs cupboard with the second meter cupboard with 8 groups, the stairs to the floor and the large bathroom accessible.
The bathroom has a large window and is equipped with a walk-in shower with thermostat, duo bath, two sinks, radiator and mechanical ventilation.
From the L-shaped landing there is access to a separate toilet with fountain, the boiler room with the Intergas HR Eco 30 CW 4 (Oct. 2016) and a loft ladder to the floored attic.
The spacious master bedroom has a door to the roof terrace and a three-door wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms are also spacious bedrooms that are currently used as work and guest room. The fourth bedroom is a cool room because it has a staircase to a real sleeping loft. This room has a dormer window (2000) and a closet. And also the possibility of a door to make a passage to the landing of the 2nd house. All rooms have received air conditioning in 2021.

The living room has windows on three sides and overlooks the Deventerstraat and the forest of the children's farm Laag Buurloo. Through a door, the back entrance can be reached where there is also a toilet and a shower. The outside door gives a short walk to the driveway and the wooden shed.
In the L-shape of the living room, the kitchen is placed with a gas hob, extractor unit, a small dishwasher and a built-in fridge. From the kitchen there is a door to the back entrance with a closet in which the Intergas HR boiler is placed (Nov. 2017).
