Villa Amaia is part of a project of 12 villas. The newly-built luxury class villas will be located in the most sought-after area in Denia. At present this is the only project of these characteristics in that area. It is surrounded on one side by the Montgó mountain and natural park and on the other by the Mediterranean Sea. There are no major roads here, no large hotels and there are practically no apartment buildings.

The traditional architectural elements are distinctly mediterranean with special attention and care paid to the orientation, the elements that protect from the sun, the terraces facing north and south and the relationship between indoors and outdoors. Among the villa’s decorative elements is the central mosaic, with a height covering two floors. The woods used in the joinery are fine woods, guaranteeing durability, warmth and visual quality. The stonework and local vegetation are also key aspects of the project, reducing the building’s climate footprint.

The villas face the sea, which means that every room has a view of the sea. The orientation allows for both summer and winter terraces. The ground floor has large windows facing the swimming pool and main garden, with both open-air and shaded terraces.

The villas can be personalised to suit the client’s requirements, with possible modifications to the distributing elements, finishing materials, installations, etc.
