Complete building with six apartments of approximately 383 m² in total on a plot of 185 m² in Duisburg with nice yield!
The facade and the staircase was renovated and redesigned in 2003 and presents itself in a good and well-kept condition. In 2002 the roof was renewed and insulated according to energy saving regulations. The house is heated with a gas condensing boiler.
All apartments have been renovated after a change of tenants from 2002, i.e. the apartments have new windows,
electrical installation (meter cabinet in the basement, electrical distribution in the apartments), bathrooms, radiators, doors in some cases. The floor plans were optimized by means of lightweight walls.
The apartment on the second floor left + third floor is the apartment formerly inhabited by the owner which has been enlarged by a separation from the staircase without affecting structural relevant components. This didn't require a building permission - however this was taken into account in the declaration of partition, as the property is divided into part-ownership.
