For the rebuilding and finishing only top quality materials will be used, completely fitting within the local building traditions that give this part of the Italian Alps, its special character (local wood and stone). The builder has a cooperation with the quality brand of Ernestomeda, one of the top Italian kitchen suppliers and will upon request equip the apartment with a taylor made kitchen. Buyers have a large choice in the finishing of floors, walls and bathrooms and the apartments will be delevered on a turn-key basis.
