Nice penthouse located in the picturesque neighborhood of Sarria. Distributed on two levels, it has light in all its rooms.
From the entrance hall we access a spacious living room with access to a 12 m south-facing terrace. On that same floor we have the outdoor kitchen and two bedrooms (one en suite) as well as another bathroom.
Through a wide staircase we go up to the upper floor where there are two rooms that share a bathroom and exit to the terrace from which extraordinary views can be seen.

The Sarrià neighborhood still preserves the village air that enthused the Catalan bourgeoisie of the 19th century: small streets and squares that are structured around Major Street, narrow sidewalks in pedestrian streets and neighboring people who greet each other as they pass. Sarrià, due to the influence of the craftsmen and bourgeoisie who installed the summer houses, was one of the most prosperous areas of Barcelona. A splendor that is manifested in the architectural field, with houses, many of them modernist, that can be seen in the old town, in the Mallofré passage or in the Sant Vicenç square. Sarrià was an independent nucleus until 1921, when it was annexed to Barcelona. Despite this, Sarrià still maintains its spirit of an independent town from the great Barcelona.
