Torre Santa Sabina is already a thriving seaside resort with magnificent restaurants open year round. There are lots of long sandy beaches, sheltered bays and beach clubs right on the doorstep.
A 10 minutes drive to the south brings you to the beautiful nature reserve Torre Guaceto. It offers an attractive escape from crowdy beach resorts as here you find unspoiled beaches and no cars allowed. The parking is at the visitor’s center and there are organized nature walks, cycle trekking and snorkeling trips. Ostuni, the famous “White City”, is one of many historical small towns in this area and is only 10 km away. It has a population of 20,000 inhabitants and in the town you’ll find an excellent supply of stores, restaurants and bars. From the top there is a fascinating view over the landscape and to the sea.
