Current owner has given notice to the tenants of the living spaces on the second floor (ourflflfloor living spaces) as per 31 May 2021 in connection with possible renovation. 

Therefore, there are currently only five tenants on the floors. The net rental income is € 23,267.16 per year. Previously, when all the rooms were rented out, the net rental income was approximately € 40,000 per year. 

After renovation the total rent of the living spaces (first and second floor) is estimated between approximately € 60,000 and € 70,000 per year. All this is obviously dependent on the ratio of non-independent and independent living spaces and delivery level.
