Emmen gets the first GaragePark in Drenthe! In Emmen (with more than 100,000 inhabitants one of the most famous cities in the province) GaragePark is building its 41st location.

GaragePark Emmen is being built on Phileas Foggstraat, in the largest business park in the north of the Netherlands (Bargermeer). The location is therefore very conveniently situated between the N391 ring road, the Emmen-Kazienaveen N862 road and the A37 freeway, making for excellent accessibility.

Our market research shows that within 10 minutes (driving) from the location over 70,000 people can be reached, of which no less than 2,600 relevant ZZP'ers! And this important target group is constantly growing. Already as of 2018, Emmen shows an unrelenting growth in ZZP'ers. This knowledge makes us extremely excited about the first GaragePark location in Drenthe.

Our national tenant campaign (including a television commercial on national television) is bearing fruit. We have been able to show our complete concept to a larger audience and this has led to a lot more interest in renting and buying a garage box. There has also been enormous growth in the group of potential investors. Our recently announced park in Nieuwegein, where 206 garage boxes are being built, was completely sold in a very short time. In Emmen, the first location in Drenthe with 90 garage boxes (all located on the first floor), we expect a similar development. Partly because we will also be on national television for two weeks in October.
