Ground Floor
At the end of the street, behind the fence and greenery, rises the distinguished facade of the rectory. The front courtyard feels regal, with large clouds of rhododendrons on the circular lawn, surrounded by a gravel path. To the right is the entrance.
Behind the portal with glazed doors is the impressive long corridor with rounded arches, which divides the first floor into two parts. The beautiful mosaic floor has been stripped of carpeting and its adhesive layers with angelic patience, and the result is impressive. The high walls are lightly plastered and the color palette is serene, matching the character of the rectory. To the left at the front is the study, a spacious room that can also be used as a studio or nursery.
Then the beautiful living room. Light, fresh white with beautiful oak flooring. Here is a fireplace constructed, which is not only a nice eye-catcher and a wonderful heat, but also through an ingenious system the buffer tank in the meter cupboard provides hot water, which is first tapped for underfloor heating. The deep window sills have the original shutters and seats with decorative brackets. Adjacent is the TV room, or will it be the dining room or just a play corner for the children?
On the right side of the hallway spacious kitchen. The kitchen has. Two entrance doors, because the residents chose to make one large room out of two and thus realize a dream kitchen. Keukenstudio Stormink from Gorssel was allowed to indulge in the kitchen design, resulting in a country kitchen with all modern conveniences. A large induction hob, built-in appliances such as a dishwasher and, in the cupboards on either side of the stove, a NEFF combination oven and a ditto espresso machine respectively. In the heart of the kitchen, on the dining table side, again a cozy fireplace. This is the perfect place for family dinners, extended breakfasts and perusing the newspaper or doing homework.

Upper floor
The upper floor currently houses three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, a huge attic and a second attic along the length of the house. And that offers a range of possibilities; there is already a plan to move the staircase to the top attic to create two rooms in the storage attic.
The master bedroom at the front of the house has a view of the front yard and the vast meadows behind; if waking up is better than dreaming, you'll never get out of bed on the wrong foot. At night, it's mouse quiet here - apart from a few owls catching up.
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom on the orchard side is spacious and nicely insulated. At the rear a storage room that runs all the way through behind the knee walls, to the barn. Of course it is a good option to make more use of that space, and thus to enlarge the bathroom and toilet.
Furthermore, the children's bedroom with fitted wardrobe and access to the attic.

Outside space
The presbytery stands on a beautiful plot of about 5.000m2. On the right side of the house is a large barn, under the shade of two majestic plane trees. The garden surrounds the house.
On the left side of the house is the large orchard and space for playing soccer, a vegetable garden, an ornamental garden and possibly a club of chickens; this garden just calls for that kind of sociability.

In short, although the words 'unique' and 'extraordinary' are overused in estate agency texts, this is a house to which they really apply. The presbytery is a dream of a house, well worth a visit.
