Project notary 
Notariaat Van Benthem & Keulen in Utrecht will supervise the transfer. The following will be drawn up: 
- Purchase agreement (land); 
- Building contract (construction);  
- Deed of delivery. 

The deed will be signed at the notary and the ownership will be transferred to the buyer. 

Environmental permit 
The environmental permit required for the realization of the construction has not yet been issued. Any specific permits for use will have to be applied for by the buyer.
