On Parc Emslandermeer in Vlagtwedde we offer seven generous building plots, for realising the holiday home of your dreams or as an investment, whereby the plots can be individually sold to interested parties who want to build their own home. The seven lots will be sold in one transaction.

Parc Emslandermeer is located in Southeast Groningen and is the place to be to enjoy peace and quiet and space. Besides peace and quiet, Parc Emslandermeer also has extensive and comfortable facilities. For example, a subtropical swimming pool, tennis court, miniature golf course and various catering establishments. From the terrace of the restaurant you have a beautiful view of the 9-hole golf course.

The large plots, the surrounding greenery, the existing infrastructure and the facilities present in the park ensure that a dream house in a top location can be enjoyed immediately after construction. For example, you can choose a functional rental home for twelve people or a home that fulfils other personal wishes and dreams.

The plots are situated on various nice locations. You can choose a plot near the golf course or near the inner lake with nice islands.

Parc Emslandermeer is located near Vlagtwedde in South-East Groningen, between Drenthe and Germany. Discover the unspoilt nature in the North, relax or just be active. The surroundings offer something for everyone; cycling or walking in the endless woods, playing golf, water sports on the lakes, fishing or visiting the often old villages and towns in the area. From Vlagtwedde you can also quickly visit the town centres of Groningen or Assen or the zoo in Emmen.

There is a 9 hole golf course (par 64) on the park. The golf course is open to everyone all year round, even without a GVB or course qualification. It is a varied course between the woods and challenging holes with, for example, a tee-off at 15 metres. You can also practice your swing on one of the eight covered tee-off places on the driving range.

In the immediate vicinity of the park, many activities and festivities are organised throughout the year.
