This detached house is located at Het Zwiggelterveld 78 in Zwiggelte, at the Heart of Drenthe and has been used in recent years as a second home and is very well maintained. The house is located at Boswachterij Hart van Drenthe, a 5000 hectare nature reserve with contiguous varied nature. Because of its beautiful location, this house is very popular with young families, which is the main target group of this beautiful park! You can have fun in the indoor pool. Furthermore, there is a playground and air trampoline for the children and you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with goodies in "De Tuinkamer" or take a walk on the Belevingspad. 

The house is located in the middle of the park and has a parking space next door. All facilities of the park are within walking distance. There is a private enclosed garden with many opportunities to enjoy the sun and/or shade. You enter through the front door on the side of the house in a spacious hall with on the left the stairs to the floor and on the right the door to the bathroom and toilet. On the left there is a door to the cozy living room with sliding patio doors and semi-open kitchen. The living room is located on a private piece of garden fenced with a green hedge, so there is plenty of privacy and is located on the south side. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, complete inventory and illuminated drawers/cabinets. In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower and a washbasin and right next to the bathroom is the toilet. Under the stairs you will find a closet with plenty of storage space. The storage room with washing machine connection and CV are located at the rear of the house and are accessible from the outside. In addition, this house has an extra storage shed in the garden for bicycles and garden equipment and there is a double drainage in the garden landscaped. The house has, in contrast to the other houses in this park, gutters on the house. In short, fully equipped for a carefree stay in this beautiful park. The staircase in the hall takes you to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a closet on the landing. All bedrooms have 2 beds and on one of the bedrooms there is access to the balcony. On the outside of the house you will see a spacious back and front garden. The house has wooden window frames and double glazing and is well insulated. At the rear, the current owner has placed a water storage tank in the ground to collect rainwater. This can be used to water the garden. On the roof of the house you will find solar panels, making the energy costs low. 

Zwiggelte is located northwest of Westerbork. The cozy village Westerbork with a wide range of stores and restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The larger towns Beilen, Assen and Emmen are a short distance away and are easily accessible by car and bicycle. Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed; the house can only be rented through a business operation on the park or you can keep the house for your own use (second home, recreational living). The current owner does not currently rent out the home, but could do so through Hogenboom Holiday Parks for tourist stays, where you can make an excellent return. At the reception of the park they can give you all the information about this. There is on this park apartment right, in the community consisting of one hundred eighty-one (181) recreation bungalows, tennis courts, swimming pool, store and catering space, manager's house, paths and green areas in Zwiggelte, municipality Westerbork, at the Oranjekanaal Noordzijde 18, in the Villapark Hart van Drenthe.
