This is a great opportunity to buy a current investment property with a tenant with super (google) reviews.
The tenant, Gorkha Express (VOF), makes Indian, Curries and Tandoori and is very well regarded. As it is a VOF, the tenant is also liable in private which can always provide more security for landlords.
Seller was until recently owner of the entire block with 19 business premises and proceeded to sell per business premises/unit, meanwhile several units have already been sold and seller is now starting with this unit in rented condition. Even empty (without a tenant), the units are very popular and several have already been sold for almost the same price. Exceptions only due to internal condition or corner/intermediate property.
