  • Turn Key: the apt is fully furnished, upholstered and equipped (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc). This allows a higher rental price and minimizes move-in situations, this is in everyone's interest.
  • Landlord has deliberately chosen to rent to internationals. Unlike NL tenants, the rental return is maximum and tenant nuisance minimal. Also, infinite rental stays are prevented, so landlord remains boss-in-home.
