Purchase / acceptance agreement

If you wish to purchase one of the units in this project, a purchase agreement will be drawn up whereby you pay part of the purchase price when the land is transferred to the notary and the remainder as construction progresses.

Security

Bank guarantee or deposit amounting to 10% of the purchase price, to be deposited at or into the notary's office account.

Income and charges

All income, charges and canons payable, including and when applicable levies arising from the deed of conveyance shall be borne by the Purchasing Party from the date of notarial transfer. Current income, charges and the like, with the exception of property tax due to actual use, shall be settled between the parties on a pro rata basis.

Transfer

The land will be transferred after obtaining the final building permit.
